The journey to sustainable growth, based on the current guiding principles of sustainability, has already started.

A set of guiding directives, based on 6 axes, has been defined:

Improve and Demonstrate Better Capabilities as an Operator

  • Security and integrity management;
  • Improve maintenance and reduce equipment downtime;
  • Execution of redevelopment plans for operated Blocks;
  • Project for the reorganization of DCAL, warehouse and logistics.

Infrastructure Improvement

  • Repairs and / or new infrastructure;
  • Use of new technology.

Profitable Growth of our Portfolio to achieve Sustainability

  • Active participation in onshore Congo & Kwanza bidding; exploration in existing areas;
  • Investment in Blocks operated by third parties.

Double Investment & Production Capital

  • Artificial lift process;
  • Drilling & Workovers, coil tubing;
  • Investment in "Greenfield" projects

Downstream & Renewable Energies

  • Identification of sectors for investment;
  • Leverage downstream (PAS etu energias, lubricants) by establishing partnerships.

Human Capital Development

  • Evaluation Sessions;
  • Determination of careers (long term projection);
  • Continuous training ("On the job").
