A graduate of Imperial College (England) with a Degree and a Masters in Petroleum Engineering.
He began his career in Houston, Texas with ExxonMobil in September 1999 as a Reservoir Engineer.
Between 2006 and 2015, he held various leadership positions within ExxonMobil in Angola and USA (Texas) in the Technical, Operations and Planning areas.
Between 2016 and 2017, he joined the Board of Directors of Sonangol EP, as Executive Director responsible for - Upstream (P&P, SHI and HSE), Midstream (Refining, Shipping, Luxervisa), including ALNG and Downstream (Sonagás, Logística and Distribuidora).
He currently assumes the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of etu energias.
Graduated from Universidade Agostinho Neto, with a degree in Mining Engineering and a Post-Graduation in Management for Senior Staff from Universidade Católica Lusitana.
A seasoned operations professional in the oil & gas sector, led Sonangol Pesquisa e Produção Health, Safety & Environment Departments, served as Operations Manager and was appointed Chairman of the Operations Committee of Block 0 at Sonangol E.P., in 2011 also served as Operations Manager for Somoil S.A until 2018.
A Graduate of Eastern Michigan University, USA, with a Degree in Accounting & Information Systems.
A professional with over 20+ years’ experience in various leadership roles in Accounting and Finance function in the oil & gas sector with Sonangol EP, SONAIR and ALNG – SOMG (representing Sonangol E.P.).
Led various transformational projects for Sonangol E.P. and has served in various capacities with the Order of Accountants and Expert Accountants of Angola (OCPCA).

An experienced professional with over 20 years in leading Human Resources Functions. He was appointed Human Resources Manager for Sonangol E.P., in 2003 having served two years later on the Board of Directors of Puaça Portugal until 2009. Led the Creation of the Polytechnic Institute of Technology and Sciences (ISPTEC) until 2011.
In 2014 he became the Human Resources Manager for etu energias.
A graduate of Bourgogne University (France) with a degree in Economics, specializing in Business Economics and with a post graduation in Business Management by the Universidade Católica Lisboa.
More than 30 years of experience in the oil sector in Angola, Equatorial Guinea and the United Kingdom, that held positions at Sonangol and Schlumberger.
She has been a member of etu energias's staff since 2007, having previously held the positions of Advisor to the Board of Directors and Director of Finance and Accounting.
A Graduate of the International University of Lisbon (Portugal) with a degree in Law.
An experienced professional for more than 10+, has been leading the Law function and has actively supported SOMOIL in the achievement of Partnerships and Strategic Contract negotiations. Appointed in 2012 as Director of the Legal Department he is also the Secretary of the General Assembly for SOMOIL since 2013 and SOMIPA since 2016.
A graduate of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Angola with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
With a career spanning 40+ years in both private and public sector in Senior executive roles most notably, in 1978 appointed Manager for Infrastructure (Surface Installations) in the Hydrocarbons Division, then Deputy General Director of Sonangol for Hydrocarbons with Sonangol. Was the Angola Representative to the African Petroleum Producers' Association (APPA), Managed the Lobito Corridor project until 1996, Appointed Deputy General Manager of BP Angola from 1997-1999.
In 2011, he joined ACREP – Exploração Petrolífera, S.A., as Executive Director, a position he currently holds.
