The company hosted the Investor ForumTurning Resources Into Energy: Angola Onshore”, a highly significant session that highlighted the importance of onshore exploration as a new strategic frontier to diversify and expand Angola’s hydrocarbon production base.

For Etu Energias, this participation represented a crucial opportunity to attract investments not only for its own projects but also for the development of the national energy sector.

Another highlight was the signing of a structured financing agreement with MCB (Mauritius Commercial Bank) and TOTSA (TotalEnergies Trading SA), securing the necessary investments for the development of Block 17/06. This step reinforced Etu Energias’ strategic position in the market and its sustainable growth strategy, ensuring resources for the execution of one of the country’s most innovative projects – the Begónia Project.

Etu Energias also took part in a panel discussion addressing the future of onshore exploration in Angola and the benefits of new partnership models, grounded in innovation and operational efficiency.

Our presence at AEW is a clear demonstration of Etu Energias’ commitment to Angola’s energy development. The signing of this agreement and our participation in strategic forums reflect our vision for growth and for creating shared value for the country and our partners,” stated Edson R. dos Santos, Chairman & CEO of Etu Energias.

With these milestones, Etu Energias strengthens its reputation within the international community, showcasing leadership, innovation, and a strong commitment to Angola’s energy future.
