Over the 3 days, the event brought together HR executives from the oil industry and the like, government officials and civil society.
On June 23rd , etu Energias participated at the “Angola RecruitCon” conference, which provided the various companies with a global vision of the purpose of the event. Among the topics discussed were: Developing Angolan Skills; The importance of gender equity in Angola; Digitization of companies, remote and flexible work and Attracting and developing talent.
Attracting the best professionals in the market and retaining staff that grow with the company was the main objective of Etu Energias when it participated in the “Best Practices” session, in which it shared a little of its path and its objectives for the coming years.
The fair had a very positive response, with the Etu Energias stand receiving numerous candidates with different experiences that could be part of the profile requested by the company.
